Measure the bed base across its widest point before you open the packaging. If the vacuum seal is opened, a standard change-of-mind return may not apply; please contact us if you need to cancel.

If the mattress is completely unopened (vacuum seal intact), it remains eligible for return within 14 days, subject to our returns procedure. If the vacuum seal has been opened, we will assess any cancellation request and, where the law permits, any refund may be reduced to reflect diminished value. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied mattresses are handled by us; your statutory rights are unaffected.
