Your mattress is supplied vacuum-sealed for freshness, hygiene and protection. If the vacuum seal is intact, the mattress remains eligible for change-of-mind cancellation within 14 days, subject to our returns procedure. If the vacuum seal has been opened, a standard change-of-mind return may not apply in the same way; please contact us so we can assess the returned mattress and, where the law permits, any refund may be reduced to reflect diminished value. Please check size, model, specification and compatibility with your bed before opening. If you are unsure, contact us first. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Inside this mattress
Support system
Each spring moves on its own, so support follows the shape of your body instead of pushing back in a straight line.
Comfort fillings
Softens against body heat and moulds to your shape, easing pressure on the shoulders, hips and lower back.
Firmness
The middle ground between cushioning and support. Comfortable in almost any sleeping position.

Every mattress in the range carries a 10-year manufacturer warranty against faults in materials and workmanship, subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Register the warranty within 30 days of purchase and keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Do not use the mattress on a slatted base with gaps of more than 7cm. If something goes wrong, contact us rather than the manufacturer - we raise and manage the claim on your behalf.
