The website and online shop use the name Crestwood Interiors. In the showroom we plan, supply and fit kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, carpets, curtains, blinds, shutters, awnings, beds, sofas, furniture, tiles, wallpaper and fabrics. Measuring, making and installation are handled by our own team. Local customers visit for samples and surveys across Lymington, the New Forest, Hampshire and Dorset. The online shop sells selected furniture, lighting, accessories, fabrics, wallpaper and SleepSoul mattresses with UK delivery. Anything that needs a site survey still starts with a visit or a phone call. We are open Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 16:00, closed on Sundays. We have been trading for over 25 years, from specialist carpet fitting to a Lymington showroom covering kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, curtains and fabrics.

Yes. There is customer parking on site at Ampress Park, around the rear of the showroom.

Most of our clients are homeowners. We also work with property developers, interior professionals, and commercial clients through our contract interiors work.

We regularly survey, supply and fit across Hampshire and Dorset. That includes Lymington and nearby coastal towns, the New Forest (Brockenhurst, Burley, Beaulieu, Lyndhurst and Fordingbridge), Salisbury, Winchester, Romsey, Southampton, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. Larger kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and window treatments are planned from a site visit so sizes, access and finishes are confirmed before we order. Smaller online orders (furniture, lighting, accessories and SleepSoul mattresses) can be delivered UK-wide without a survey. Distance, access and the product still decide whether we can attend. A survey is usually booked after a showroom conversation or a phone call, once the product route is chosen. Yes. We cover Bournemouth and the surrounding Dorset coast, including Christchurch and Poole, for showroom sales and installation where agreed.

Yes. We serve Southampton and the wider Hampshire area for interiors projects that match our product ranges and fitting capacity.

Yes. The New Forest is local to us, including Brockenhurst, Burley, Beaulieu, Lyndhurst, Fordingbridge and nearby villages.

We are open Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 16:00. We are closed on Sundays.

Yes. We plan kitchens as one room: cabinetry, worktops, appliances and finishing details, with project management from first conversation to handover. See kitchens.

Yes. We provide bathroom design, supply and installation, sanitaryware, tiling, flooring and fittings as one coordinated scheme. More on our bathrooms page.

Yes. We design and install fitted bedroom furniture and built-in storage tailored to the room. See storage.

Yes. We supply and install Quooker and Hot Spot boiling-water taps, most often as part of a kitchen project so pipework and worktops are planned together.

Yes. We supply and install Thermonet underfloor heating as part of our flooring work where it suits the construction and finish you have chosen.

We supply and install hardwood, engineered wood, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), laminate, natural stone and underfloor heating. Hard-floor brands include Amtico, Karndean, Moduleo, Quick-Step and Ted Todd. Crestwood has also designed wood flooring with a traditional wood mill for 25 years+, including aged and distressed, smoked and fumed, and aged French oak in mixed widths, lengths and thicknesses. LVT is the usual choice for kitchens, bathrooms, halls and other wet or high-traffic rooms because it handles spills and heavy use. Engineered wood is the usual choice where you want a real timber wear layer in living rooms and bedrooms, provided moisture is controlled and the product is rated for any underfloor heating. Both need a reasonably flat subfloor and planned transitions at doorways. We keep samples in the showroom so you can compare grain, colour and thickness under real light before we measure and fit. Yes. We are an approved Amtico contractor and keep a wide choice of their LVT in the showroom, fitted by our own team.

Yes. We are an approved Karndean contractor and offer their LVT range with professional installation.

Yes. Quick-Step laminate is part of our range and is installed by our fitters.

Yes. We offer wool, wool-rich, natural fibre and Axminster-style carpets from ranges such as Alternative Flooring, Cormar, Westex, Axminster, Brintons, Crucial Trading, Victoria and others listed on our carpets page, measured and fitted by us.

Yes. We stock rugs alongside fitted carpet, including options from Jacaranda, Alternative Flooring, Roger Oates and other ranges available in the showroom. Many carpet ranges can also be made into rugs to size.

Yes. Alternative Flooring ranges in wool, plant fibres (sisal, seagrass, coir, jute) and synthetics. Sample books are in the Lymington showroom. Crestwood supply and fit the range. Rugs can be made to size. See carpets.

Yes. We offer herringbone parquet in solid and engineered timber, including French oak options, laid by our own floor fitters.

Yes. Crestwood has worked with a traditional wood mill for 25 years+ to design and manufacture wood flooring to order. Finishes include aged and distressed timber, smoked and fumed boards, and aged French oak, in mixed widths, lengths and thicknesses. All of it is hand-finished. See flooring.

Yes. Crestwood is the only approved Roger Oates supplier and installer in the area. The range is Venetian flatweave stair runners and rugs in British wool. Our installers are trained on the range. See carpets.

Yes. The in-house workroom makes made-to-measure curtains and Roman blinds from the fabric library in Lymington. A typical order starts with fabric, heading and lining in the showroom, then a site survey so recess or exact sizes, pole or track, and any obstructions are recorded before we cut. We also supply curtain poles and tracks, and we fit the finished curtains and blinds. Luxaflex blinds and S:CRAFT shutters are measured and fitted by our team where they suit the window; they are not sewn in the workroom. Photos and rough sizes are enough for a first conversation. Self-measure is useful for planning. For a firm order we take the final sizes on site. Child-safe controls are specified where they are required. Work is carried out across Hampshire and Dorset. We offer roller blinds, Venetian blinds, Luxaflex Pirouette shadings, Luxaflex soft shades, motorised blinds, and selected independent manufacturer ranges, including motorised options where they suit the window.

Yes. We supply and fit plantation and cafe-style shutters from brands including Luxaflex and S:CRAFT.

Yes. We supply motorised and manual awnings, patio roof systems and glass-room solutions from Weinor, Luxaflex and related outdoor ranges. More on awnings and external blinds.

Yes. We stock bed frames, divans, mattresses, upholstered headboards and sofa beds, along with bed linen, cushions, duvets and pillows. Showroom bed brands include Sealy, Hypnos and Highgrove. See beds and sofas.

Yes. SleepSoul pocket-sprung and memory foam mattresses are available through the online store, with UK delivery. Bed frames and other sleep ranges can also be seen in the Lymington showroom.

Yes. We offer The Lounge Co sofas, Flexlux reclining chairs, sofa beds and British made furniture, plus accessories. Try seating in the Lymington showroom before you order.

Yes. Ercol solid-wood dining, living and bedroom furniture can be specified through Crestwood of Lymington interior design projects. It is not listed in the online store - start with a design consultation or the Ercol page.

Yes. We supply porcelain, natural stone, handmade ceramic, mosaic and encaustic tiles with a tiling installation service. Visit tiles for an overview.

Yes. We keep a wallpaper library including Galerie Wallcoverings, Cole & Son, Romo, Villa Nova, Osborne & Little, Sanderson, Clarke & Clarke and Harlequin. Sample in the showroom, or browse wallpaper.

Yes. We provide project management from the first design conversation through installation and follow-up, so timelines and trades are coordinated in one place.

It depends on the room, products and access. A simple carpet or blind might be a short visit; a kitchen or bathroom runs longer. Tell us what you are planning and we will give you a timetable before you order.

Yes. We upholster using traditional techniques where the piece suits recovery. Ask in the showroom with a photograph or bring dimensions so we can advise.

Yes. We take on whole-house schedules and high-specification finishes: samples, realistic lead times, and fitting by our team.

Smaller parcels go with courier tracking. Larger furniture is booked as a two-person delivery. Our fulfilment partners (or their couriers) may phone, text or email you to share tracking or book a slot; those messages may not always show Crestwood as the sender. Items in one order can arrive on different days. Costs and timings are on our delivery page. You can track an order with the email and reference from your confirmation.
