Your mattress is supplied vacuum-sealed for freshness, hygiene and protection. If the vacuum seal is intact, the mattress remains eligible for change-of-mind cancellation within 14 days, subject to our returns procedure. If the vacuum seal has been opened, a standard change-of-mind return may not apply in the same way; please contact us so we can assess the returned mattress and, where the law permits, any refund may be reduced to reflect diminished value. Please check size, model, specification and compatibility with your bed before opening. If you are unsure, contact us first. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Inside this mattress
Support system
Two spring layers work independently, so support follows your shape and your partner's movement stays on their side.
Comfort fillings
Gel beads through the memory foam pull heat away from the surface, so it never sleeps as warm as plain memory foam.
Firmness
A softer surface that cushions the shoulders and hips. Suits side sleepers and lighter builds.
