Express mattress delivery: boxed and vacuum-packed to your door, typically within 72 hours. Order before 2:30pm on a weekday for same-day dispatch when in stock. Unbox in the bedroom, unroll, and allow about 2 hours to settle — fully expanded within 24 hours. Unpacking and old-mattress removal are not included.
Please check size, model, specification and suitability for your bed before opening. If the mattress is completely unopened (vacuum seal intact), it remains eligible for return within 14 days, subject to our returns procedure. If the vacuum seal has been opened, we will assess any cancellation request and, where the law permits, any refund may be reduced to reflect diminished value. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied mattresses are handled by us; your statutory rights are unaffected.
Every mattress in the range carries a 10-year manufacturer warranty against faults in materials and workmanship, subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Register the warranty within 30 days of purchase and keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Do not use the mattress on a slatted base with gaps of more than 7cm. If something goes wrong, contact us rather than the manufacturer - we raise and manage the claim on your behalf.
