Furniture layouts drawn to scale with walkway widths, door swings and chair pull-back marked. Planning from Lymington so sofas, beds and tables fit before you order.
Space plans show furniture footprints, walkway widths and door swings. Kitchen-adjacent plans note island clearances and appliance door arcs. We flag when standard furniture sizes will not fit and suggest alternatives.
Layouts should inform socket heights, TV points and built-in widths before first fix. Changing layouts after joinery is ordered is expensive. We work from architect drawings or our survey where available.
We will produce layout options with furniture sizes you prefer, or sizes we recommend.
