Existing timber, tile and stone floors can often be refinished instead of replaced. We advise on options from the Lymington showroom and coordinate specialist work across Hampshire.
Solid and engineered boards may sand back to bare timber. Stone can be re-honed. Chipped tiles can be replaced if spares exist. We compare restoration cost with full replacement before you decide.
Thin engineered wear layers limit sanding cycles. Loose tiles can point to substrate movement. We document conditions, obtain restoration quotes and set a realistic finish.
We will suggest whether refinishing is realistic, or whether replacement is the better route.
