Kitchen schemes extend beyond units: flooring, window blinds and links to dining and living zones. This page covers those layers; for kitchen ranges and installation, see the kitchens department.
Kitchen floors need water tolerance and easy cleaning - LVT is common; some homes use engineered wood away from the sink run. Blinds suit moisture and grease better than full curtains. Open-plan links mean flooring and lighting should align with dining and living areas.
When the kitchen shares space with dining or sofa zones, use the flooring and lighting guides. Book design support for coordinated layouts.
Visit Crestwood of Lymington for kitchen projects, flooring samples and blind surveys.
