Timber, LVT, laminate and tile fitting coordinated from Lymington. Subfloor prep, thresholds and sequencing with kitchens and other trades across Hampshire and Dorset.
We survey moisture, flatness and height constraints before materials arrive. Floating laminate, bonded LVT and nailed timber each need different prep. Fitting is aligned with kitchen and tiling trades.
Cabinet heights, appliance locations and pipe penetrations affect floor layouts. We join the programme conversation so floors are not laid before final service positions are confirmed.
We will outline prep needs and fitting timelines.
