Cushions, throws, lamps and small textiles from the Lymington showroom. Match colours and sizes to existing sofas, rugs and wall colours, then take samples home if you need to.
Repeat an accent colour on two or three smaller pieces rather than on large furniture. Neutrals usually sit on sofas and flooring. We size cushions to sofa depth and check lamp-shade scale against the base and table.
Keep colour simple when mixing weaves. Linen softens with use. Velvet marks until brushed. Wool throws suit cooler rooms. Lightweight cottons suit bedrooms in summer. Limit the number of different textures on one seating group.
Compare cushion, throw and lamp options against the pieces you already own.
