Sofas and chairs made to your seat depth, arm width and overall length. Used when standard sizes do not fit bay windows or fireplace alcoves. Fabrics and drawings agreed in Lymington before the workshop starts.
Seat depth near 540 mm suits average heights. Taller users often prefer 580 mm or more. Slim arms increase usable seat width on a narrow sofa. Overall depth includes cushion overhang, so check walkways to patio doors before ordering a deep lounger.
Main seating needs durable weaves. Occasional chairs can use lighter cloths. Pets favour tight weaves over loops that snag. South-facing rooms may fade bold colours. Cleaning codes tell you whether spills can be treated.
We will sketch sofa lengths and chair pairs that fit the layout.
