Spa, gym and club interiors combine moisture, chlorine and heavy footfall. We specify materials the manufacturer rates for wet areas - not assumed - from the Lymington showroom.
Poolside furniture needs corrosion-resistant frames and quick-dry slings where the manufacturer specifies them. Changing areas need bench seating with water-tolerant finishes. Dry gyms and lounges use different textile weights - using the same spec across zones causes premature failure.
Operators need spare covers and glides on the shelf. Fixed banquettes must allow vacuuming under seats. We document manufacturer part codes for later reorder. Install happens in closed periods where possible.
We will split the specification by moisture exposure.
