Furniture, fixtures and equipment schedules with dimensions, finishes and lead times, so quantity surveyors and contractors price the same lines. Issued from the Lymington showroom.
FF&E schedules include supplier, product code, quantity, room, finish and fixing notes. Lighting and fixed joinery may appear as related schedules. Alternates are listed with price deltas when stock risk exists.
We can procure on the client's behalf or release schedules for client purchase-order systems. Import duties and storage are line-itemed. We do not act as principal contractor unless separately contracted.
We will confirm the schedule template and revision protocol.
