Hotel projects run on a prototype: one guestroom fully approved before bulk buy. We coordinate case goods, soft goods and art packages across room types from Lymington.
Mock-up rooms test mattress comfort, curtain blackout, desk lighting and bathroom mirror heights. Revisions are cheaper at prototype stage. Bulk order splits by room type: standard, accessible, suite and family.
Hotels hold par levels for high-loss items. We quote optional spare bundles. Delivery aligns with the FF&E install contractor's programme. Brand standards from franchisors are incorporated when the documentation is supplied - no unofficial brand claims.
We will schedule prototype and bulk phases.
