Workplace and retail interiors specified for daily traffic and documented maintenance. We plan phased installation around trading hours and document selections for facility teams.
Commercial design weights scuff resistance, cleanability and modular replacement. We document fabric rub tests and manufacturer care sheets where provided - without claiming independent certification. High-traffic paths get harder flooring and darker tones.
Tenant alterations need landlord approval and reinstatement clauses understood. We do not provide fire strategy or building-control sign-off - those remain with appointed professionals. Photo records support dilapidation discussions at lease end.
We will outline phases and a durability-led material direction.
