Video walkthroughs with posted samples where helpful. Used for second homes, busy schedules, or households coordinating from different locations. Follow-up notes from Lymington.
Share room photos and a short video tour before the call. We discuss layout and palette live, then post fabric and paint chips if agreed. Follow-up notes reference timestamps from the call.
Virtual sessions cannot verify floor level, exact light temperature or ceiling defects. Custom joinery and carpet fitting usually need a physical survey. We say when an in-person visit is needed before ordering.
We will confirm platform, duration and any swatch post requirements.
