Wall and floor tiles supplied from the Lymington showroom, with setting-out plans, trims and movement joints specified. We coordinate tanking and tiler dates for kitchens, bathrooms and hallways.
We produce setting-out plans, specify trims and movement joints, and align tile orders with tiler mobilisation dates. Wet areas receive tanking and adhesive systems matched to the substrate.
We sequence membrane application, cure times and flood testing before fixers arrive. Drain positions and falls are confirmed while adjustments are still inexpensive.
We will draft layouts and coordinate installation.
