Lighting schedules and briefing notes so electricians install the right fittings in the right positions. Specified from Lymington. We do not carry out electrical work.
Coordination packages list fixture types, mounting heights, dimmer requirements and suggested circuit grouping. Ceiling plans mark pendant centres relative to tables and kitchen islands. IP ratings for wet zones are flagged so the right products are used.
Fixtures can be delivered to site for the electrician to install. We note lamp types and maximum wattages. Commissioning of smart systems is outside scope unless separately agreed with an integrator.
We will align schedules with your electrician's first-fix date.
