Concept, layouts, specifications and installation coordination across rooms, from the Lymington showroom. Projects run in phases so decisions stay in order.
Full design typically spans space planning, finishes, furniture, curtains and blinds, lighting coordination and install sequencing. Structural alterations and building control submissions remain with your architect or builder. We document selections in schedules your contractors can follow.
Projects move through agreed milestones: layout lock, finishes lock and order release. Revisions after ordering may incur supplier charges. We flag long-lead items early. Custom joinery, imported furniture and specialist glazing often drive the critical path.
We will outline phases, typical timelines and how design fees relate to procurement.
