Bathroom design and layout

Door swings, towel reach and dry zones

Bathroom doors often open onto the WC. Layout options rotate the pan or use screening so the room still circulates. Towel storage is placed within reach of the shower without blocking glass doors. Dry zones for dressing need lighting separate from the shower downlights. Vanity height and shower niches are set to the people who use the room.

• Vanity heights adjusted for primary users
• Niche storage sized for bottles at shower height
• WC screening without narrowing circulation
• Window treatments planned for ventilation and light
