WCs, basins and baths specified to room size and existing plumbing. We compare close-coupled and wall-hung pans, basin widths and bath lengths from the Lymington showroom.
Wall-hung WCs reduce visible pipework but need sturdy frames and access panels. Close-coupled pans suit like-for-like replacements with a defined projection from the wall. Basins from 500 mm to 1200 mm wide change the storage available beneath. Bath lengths from 1500 mm to 1800 mm need end clearance and space for a shower screen to swing.

Moving a WC stack is costly in timber floors and concrete overlays, so existing soil positions are assessed first. Basin wastes and trap depths affect vanity internal height. Bath wastes and overflows must align with panel access. Pipe centres for towel radiators are aligned with the tiling grid before walls close.
We will shortlist suites that fit the space without unnecessary pipe moves.
