Prices include VAT and UK kerbside delivery. Enquire with the configuration, heater and extras you want.
Estwood saunas and ice baths are delivered kerbside to a UK address. Published prices include that delivery.
Unless the quotation says otherwise, Crestwood and Estwood delivery ends at kerbside: the public road edge, or the nearest hard standing the vehicle can reach safely. Drivers do not take packs across gardens, lawns or gravel, or into a final position, as part of a standard drop.
You are responsible for access on the booked day. If a lorry cannot reach a safe unloading point, the delivery may be aborted or rebooked, and extra costs can apply.
Give us the postcode, any vehicle restrictions, and how far the drop point is from the final site when you enquire. Parked cars, narrow gates, low branches and shared drives all affect whether a vehicle can enter.
Gravel, grass, soft ground and steep drives are not a suitable surface for a delivery vehicle or pallet truck unless a hard, level route has been agreed. Unmade tracks and weight-restricted roads are quoted case by case.
Units arrive flat-pack with assembly instructions. Moving packs from kerbside onto the site, keeping them dry, and assembling the cabin or tub is your responsibility unless placement or assembly is included in the quotation.
Include your postcode and the configuration, heater or extras you want. We will confirm availability and a quotation.
