Guidance on tones, seal systems and how a polished slab meets underfloor heating and adjoining floors. Decisions need to be made with your builder before the pour.
Aggregate exposure, colour oxides and grinding levels must be specified with your contractor before the concrete is poured. We help choose tones that work with joinery and rugs, and discuss anti-slip additives for wet zones.
Pipe routes, conduit channels and screed thickness affect the finished plane. We join conversations with your builder and heating installer so the slab cures before grinding. Adjacent timber or tile needs height planning at thresholds.
Bring architectural drawings to Lymington. We will flag decisions that have to happen before finishing trades start.
